A dispute panel at the World Trade Organization (WTO) has handed down a ruling in favour of China that the European Union had failed to take account of "special factors" in allocating two tariff-rate quotas (TRQs) for poultry meat products exported by China after the EU had relaxed sanitary and phytosanitary restrictions on China in 2008.
