Trade : AB rejects most of China's claims in appeal in AD dispute (PRIV)

The Appellate Body of the World Trade Organisation (WTO) on Thursday rejected most of China's claims in appeal in a dispute over certain methodologies applied by the United States in anti-dumping (AD) proceedings on imports of goods from China.

Climate : G77 says developed countries using process to reinterpret PA (PRIV)

The G77 and China said that developed countries are intending to reinterpret the Paris Agreement (PA) by their stance in the negotiations at the Bonn climate talks.

Rights : African migrants bought and sold openly in "slave markets" in Libya (PRIV)

Hundreds of migrants along North African migration routes are being bought and sold openly in modern day "slave markets" in Libya, survivors have told the United Nations migration agency, which warned that these reports "can be added to a long list of outrages" in the country.
