A meeting at the United Nations this week focused on the United Nations Great Lakes Regional Strategic Framework, a multi-agency, regional and cross-border coordination mechanism that employs a multi-sectoral development approach towards efforts at resolving and preventing conflicts in the Great Lakes region of Africa.
