The Dispute Settlement Body (DSB) of the World Trade Organisation (WTO) on Friday (22 September) agreed to establish a panel, at the request of the United States, to examine China's administration of its tariff-rate quotas (TRQs) for wheat, short- and medium-grain rice, long grain rice, and corn.
