The United States stood isolated and exposed on Wednesday (22 November) for its unilateral decision to block the finalization of the ministerial declaration for the World Trade Organization's eleventh ministerial conference (MC11) in Buenos Aires next month, trade envoys told SUNS.

The Dispute Settlement Body (DSB) of the World Trade Organisation (WTO) on Wednesday agreed to establish a panel, at the request of Qatar, to rule on measures imposed by the United Arab Emirates (UAE) that affect trade in goods and services, and trade-related aspects of intellectual property rights.
