Trade : EU's AD duties on biodiesel from Indonesia held WTO-illegal (PRIV)

A dispute panel at the World Trade Organisation (WTO) has largely ruled that anti-dumping (AD) measures imposed by the European Union on imports of biodiesel from Indonesia were inconsistent with the EU's obligations under the WTO.

Central America : Weakens forest shield against future droughts (PRIV)

Jazziel Baca lives in the municipality of Esquias, in western Honduras, one of the areas hardest hit by the southern pine beetle (Dendroctonus frontalis), which damaged almost 500,000 hectares of forest in that Central American country between 2013 and 2015.
