Trade : EU's AD duties on biodiesel from Indonesia held WTO-illegal (PRIV)

A dispute panel at the World Trade Organisation (WTO) has largely ruled that anti-dumping (AD) measures imposed by the European Union on imports of biodiesel from Indonesia were inconsistent with the EU's obligations under the WTO.

Central America : Weakens forest shield against future droughts (PRIV)
