The World Trade Organization (WTO) remained understandably concerned Wednesday about the United States President Donald Trump's proposed safeguard actions on steel and aluminum citing dubious national security considerations, but remained conspicuously silent over his remarks that the WTO is "a catastrophe" and "the World Trade Organization makes it impossible for us to do good business."
