Trade : US compliance measures on China CV duties held contra-WTO (PRIV)

A compliance panel at the World Trade Organisation (WTO) has largely ruled that measures taken by the United States to comply with an earlier WTO ruling concerning countervailing (CV) duty measures that it had imposed on imports of certain products from China are inconsistent with its WTO obligations.
