Once again the US is unbelievably duplicitous in its 2018 Special 301 Report on permissible uses of compulsor y and government use licenses by its trading partners, including most recently Co lombia and Malaysia where it is announcing out-of-cycle reviews.

Climate : Historical responsibility for climate change must not be forgotten (PRIV)

Several developing countries who spoke at th e opening of the "Talanoa Dialogue" (TD) held on 2 May, under the UN Framewor k Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), reminded Parties that a missing question at the dialogue that deals with the historical responsibility of d eveloped countries for climate change was "how did we get here?"
