The United States has failed to address v arious systemic issues raised by six countries against the unilateral measures imp osed by President Donald Trump on imports of steel and aluminum during dispute settlement consultations at the World Trade Organization last week, accordi ng to several participants.

The Dispute Settlement Body (DSB) of the World Trade Organisation on 20 July agreed to establish a panel, at the req uest of the United States, to examine measures maintained by the Canadian province of British Columbia governing the sale of wine in grocery stores.
