Trade : EU initiates dispute over Indian duties on ICT products (PRIV)

The European Union has invoked dispute settlement proceedings against India at the World Trade Organization, complaining that customs duties imposed by India on various products, inclu ding cell phones, in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sector violated its scheduled tariff commitments.
