Trade ministers of the Group of 20 countries, meeting on Sunday in Tsukuba (Japan), failed to resolve their differences on the proposed reforms at the World Trade Organization and rules on digital trade for removing restrictions on cross-border data flows as well as storing of data in foreign servers, participants told the SUNS.
