Members of the ACP (Africa, Caribbean, and Pacific) group raised the alarm, at the WTO's Doha rules negotiating body meeting on fisheries subsidies last week, over alleged attempts to deny them their "sovereign" rights for putting textural proposals on the table if they contradict texts submitted before them.
