Trade : China can seek retaliation against US up to $3.6 billion annually (PRIV)

A panel of WTO arbitrators has determined that China can retaliate against the United States to the tune of USD 3,579.128 million annually over the US failure to comply with an earlier WTO ruling concerning certain methodologies used by the United States in anti-dumping (AD) proceedings involving products imported from China.
