Several members refused on Wednesday (27 November) to approve the revised biennial budget for 2020 and 2021, finalized by Director-General Roberto Azevedo with the United States, due to lack of clarity on the controversial agreement for limiting expenses for three Appellate Body (AB) members, trade envoys told the SUNS.
