A dispute panel at the World Trade Organisation has ruled that Australia's measures imposing anti-dumping duties on certain exporters of A4 copy paper from Indonesia were inconsistent with Australia's WTO obligations.

Climate : South outlines elements for decision on loss and damage mechanism (PRIV)
