The United Kingdom has notified the members of the World Trade Organisation that it has ceased to be a member state of the European Union at 23.00 GMT on 31 January 2020.

The WHO Secretariat's report for the consideration of the 146th Meeting of the Executive Board (EB) proposes to curtail the participation of CSOs in the Governing Body (GB) meetings such as the World Health Assembly (WHA) and EB.
