WTO : General Council discussions muddle on following MC13 failure (PRIV)

Members of the World Trade Organization debated on a host of issues at the General Council meeting that concluded o n 22 March, amidst proposals to reinvigorate discussions on several issues, incl uding TRIPS and Development, Investment Facilitation for Development, agriculture and development among others, said people familiar with the discussions.

UN : A "climate of fear" persists in occupied areas of Ukraine, says report (PRIV)

The Russian Federation has created a "generalized climate of fear" in the occupied areas of Ukraine, committing persistent violations of international human rights law (IHRL) and internat ional humanitarian law (IHL) in an effort to consolidate its control over the pop ulation living there.
