Unctad: Another four-year term proposed for Ricupero

Geneva, 26 Jan (TWN) -- The United Nations Secretary General, Mr. Kofi Annan has proposed another four year term for Rubens Ricupero as head of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), it is learnt. The choice, to be confirmed by the UN General Assembly,
would extend Ricpero term until 14 Sep. 2003.
